Richards, the current CEO, and Todd Vore, the President, step down from their roles to pursue other opportunities.

Michael Polk brings a wealth of experience in the consumer products sector, having served
as the President and CEO of Newell Brands from 2011 to 2019. 

Polk has a proven track record of success, having held leadership positions at renowned companies
such as Unilever and Kraft. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an
undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
